From document file to box file in no time at all with the complete Jalema Filing kit.
With this kit you can transfer the contents of a document file to a loose JalemaClipex quickly and efficiently so that you can then store them in a box file.
The JalemaClipex has an extra long brace that can empty a full document file perfectly. The kit also contains coloured clip labels, on the back and front of which you can write the content, so you can see at a glance what is in the box file.

| 1. Put the 2 slide-on connectors on the end of the extension piece with cover plate. |
2. Place the extension piece with the slide-on connectors on the file mechanism and slide the paper from the mechanism to the extension piece. |
3. Remove the slide-on connectors from the extension piece. |

| 4. Put a Clip label on the extension piece and put the tube on it. You can write text on the back and front of the Clip label. |
5. Close the mechanism. |
6. The contents are now kept together tidily and can be placed in the box file. The Clip label tells you what is in the box file at a glance.
