How to use

1) UNFASTENING. Using your thumb and forefinger, press down on the ends of the plastic cover and slide the flexible tube out of the tab pieces.	2) LEAFING. Determine the location in the file where you need to be, and then push the pages in front of it completely to the left on top of the clip.
3) OPENING. To open the file, remove the flexible tube from the clip.	4) LIFTING. To remove a document use the flexible tube to remove the document. It prevents tearing.
5) INSERTING. To insert documents it is best to make use of the clip on the left side.	6) CLOSING. Close the device again by following the above instructions in reverse order, making sure to firmly tighten and clamp the flexible tube between the tab pieces on the cover.

From lever arch file to box file in no time with the Jalema File-lifter

A good example of this is a new product we recently developed called the Jalema File Lifter. This clever device lets you quickly and easily transfer the contents of your lever arch files to a single JalemaClip or JalemaClipex, letting you store the documents in a box file. The File Lifter consists of two simple red slide-on connectors that are used to transfer documents from a lever arch file mechanism to a JalemaClip. The contents can then be placed in a box file, but with the added advantage of the JalemaClip, i.e. easy copying, insertion and removal of documents.

1. Put the 2 slide-on connectors on the end of the clip with cover.
2. Place the clip with the slide-on connectors on the file mechanism and slide the paper from the mechanism to the clip.
3. Remove the slide-on connectors from the clip.
4. Attach the brace.
5. Close the mechanism.
6. The contents are now kept together tidily and can be placed in the box file.
